12 month program!

Costs and inclusions:

$384.00 every month for 12 months
(total payment of $4608)

The Quantum Kid program includes;

-3x vivos appliances as your child grows and progresses
-Facegym and Breathing online programs
-Reward charts, incentives and tools to support your child to wear their appliance and complete online course/s.
-Support from our Family Care Coordinator throughout your child’s journey.
-Osteopathic treatment and reviews monthly for the first 6 months.
-Osteopathic treatment and reviews every second month
(on month 8, 10 and 12 for the next six months).
-Dental review on Month 6 and Month 12.

*This cost does not include the replacement of lost or damaged appliances and necessary referrals.

*This cost does not include the Dental screen with Omeara Dental which is required prior to Month 1 appointment.

Steps to getting started:

  • Sign the contract that has been sent to you via email.

  • Sign up for payments or request an invoice to make payment in full with a 5% discount.

  • Book in for your child’s dental screen with QK Dental

  • Let your Family Care Coordinator know when you have completed these steps so that we can book your child in for month 1-3 of treatment and give you access to get started on the online programs!
