Initial Appointment FAQ’s *

  • The cost is $435 for the initial appointment which includes a collaborative assessment with both dentist and osteopath in the one room! This is invoiced as half to dental and half to Osteopathy and may be claimable through your private health fund.

  • You can either wait until the webinar or call us on 0494 180 564 to connect with one of our Family Care Coordinators.

  • In the North Sydney Clinic, there’s always a dentist and an osteopath; Cole Clayton, Matthew Price or Isabel Pyne will be assessing your child from an Osteopathic lens and Jalal or Lisa will assess your child from a dental lens. Together they make/conclude the treatment plan.

    In Byron Bay, we operate on a smaller scale to North Sydney. Initial Appointments involve a joint consult with Cole Clayton (osteopath) and Lou Barr (dentist).

  • After the initial appointment, you will receive an Initial Appointment Summary and Treatment Plan and connect with one of our Family Care Coordinators who will be able to answer your questions so that you can make an educated and empowered decision on your child’s treatment.

  • Currently, we treat from around ages 3- 16. Older teenagers and adults can see Jalal at Sydney Functional Dentistry.

  • The Quantum Kid clinic is located at 2/90 Arthur Street in North Sydney and the Byron Bay clinic operates on a smaller scale via the Habitat complex in Byron Bay.
