What is Quantum Align?
The Quantum Align Program is built on three exciting pillars designed to help your child thrive:
The ALF (Advanced Lightwire Functional) Appliance – a custom-made, removable dental device that works with the body’s natural forces.
Monthly visits to The Quantum Kid clinic – Your child attends the clinic to have their appliance adjusted monthly by a dentist. Your child will also receive an Osteopathic treatment to ensure the whole body is in alignment with the adjustment.
Our FaceGym & Breathing Online Courses – fun, interactive exercises your child can do at home to strengthen facial muscles, support healthy breathing and usage of the ALF dental appliance.
The ALF Appliance is no ordinary device – it’s a biomimetic wonder! Crafted from a flexible metal alloy, it mimics the gentle, natural force of the tongue pressing against the palate. This “springy” energy helps guide the jaws to grow in harmony, supports the head and neck, and encourages overall balance – just like nature intended.

Dental Health Screening & ALF Scan: ($270 booked and paid via QK Dental)
Start-Up Fee: $3,530 (upper ALF) or $4,030 (upper & lower ALF)
Program Fee: $325/month for 12 months

Review all of the inclusions, costs, how the program works and the Parent Agreement. Let us know if you would like to schedule a call to go through any questions you may have about treatment.

Book in for your child’s dental screen and ALF scan with QK Dental - right next door!

Sign the contract that has been sent to you via email. Of course, let us know if you have any questions.

Either pay the Startup Fee and Program Fee in full with a $300 discount
OR
Pay the Startup Fee and set up monthly payments for the Program Fee. -
Let the team know when you have completed these steps so that we can get your child’s appliance fabrication underway, book your child in for month 1-3 of treatment and give you access to get started on the online programs!
