Costs and inclusions:

Our ALF Treatment involves two elements- The appliance itself and then the ongoing monthly treatment, adjustments and
Facegym/Breathing Programs.

The costs and inclusions of ALF treatment;

  • ALF Appliance - (up front payment of $5000 for upper ALF & $6000 for upper and lower ALF )

  • The Quantum Kid ALF Program $4608 (pay in full with 5% discount or $384/mth)

    - 12 x Osteopathic treatments & appliance adjustments with Jalal Khan (dentist) and Matthew Price (Osteopath).

    - Access to Facegym and our Breathing programs.

    - Support from your Family Care Coordinator in between appointments.

    - Prizes for your child to make the journey more fun!

    *Does not include a dental clearance prior to month 1.

Steps to getting started:

  • Review all of the inclusions, costs, how the program works and the Parent Agreement. Contact your Family Care Coordinator if you have any questions.

  • Sign the contract that has been sent to you via email.

  • Once you have made payment by calling us or requesting an invoice to make a direct depost, it usually takes around 3 weeks for your child’s custom appliance to be built, ready for their month 1 appointment.

  • Pay in full with a 5% discount by requesting an invoice or calling us to pay over the phone. Alternatively, you may choose to sign up for monthly payments via the link below.

  • Book in for your child’s dental screen and ALF scan with QK Dental - right next door!

  • Let your Family Care Coordinator know when you have completed these steps so that we can book your child in for month 1-3 of treatment and give you access to get started on the online programs!
